Customer Project Manager - Installations and Construction (Imaging Systems) (Tampa, FL/Central FL)Lead and coordinate installation and construction projects for diagnostic imaging systems, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient project execution.Your role:

Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring project goals, scope, and resources are aligned.

Coordinate with Philips teams and gather required customer information, including site drawings and technical specifications, to meet project requirements.

Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring customer site readiness for system installations and achieving revenue targets.

Actively contribute to order acquisition efforts, dedicating approximately 33% of your time to support the Sales team.

Join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team focused on driving healthcare innovations and delivering exceptional experiences.

This position will require you to meet all customer specific mandates such as vaccinations and or screening tests.

You will be required to travel up to 80%, primarily within the assigned zone, with occasional travel outside the zone to support other accounts. This is a remote role based in the Tampa, FL area.

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally with a PM certification or willingness to obtain certification within a designated timeframe.

Your skills include expertise in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems, along with the ability to read site-specific floor plans and specifications Ideally in hospital environments.

You are proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, and CAD, with additional experience in patient monitoring systems and healthcare-related networks.

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job related experience and proven experience in relationship management across diverse departments and organizational levels.

The applicable PMI certification per role/level is required for all Employees hired/re-hired into the CPM/CDM role (including internal transfers from a non-CPM/CDM role). PMI certification obtainment is required within a specific period of an employee’s start date in the CPM/CDM role. This period is defined by the role/level and will be documented in the employment offer.

You’re willing to travel up to 80% within the Dallas, TX zone and occasionally beyond, with a remote working base in the Dallas area.
