The types of projects can cover the full spectrum of healthcare projects – including interior fit outs, renovations, equipment/ infrastructure replacements, ground-up projects include, but not limited, to: medical offices, ambulatory surgery centers, free-standing emergency departments, imaging, specialty care, hospitals, other acute care/ AHCA project types and feasibility studies. You’ll serve as the primary Client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion to the Client’s satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Strong communications skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 3+ years with AHCA projects.
Architectural registration required.
Strong Revit required; Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Newforma skills desirable.
Ability to travel.
