As a Laundry Service Technician I, you will support the operation of our commercial laundry facility by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial laundry equipment and supporting building systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and chemical dispensing systems.
Assist with maintaining tunnel washers, dryers, ironers, towel folders, conveyors, overhead rail systems, air compressors, boilers, steam generators, and other facility support equipment.
Read and interpret technical manuals, equipment diagrams, and maintenance procedures.
Complete work orders, maintenance documentation, and parts requests accurately and on time.
Utilize basic computer applications to document repairs and communicate with team members and vendors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.
Collaborate with fellow technicians, vendors, and other departments to minimize equipment downtime.
