Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Location Services Specialist in Chicago, Illinois. The individual will be a part of our team, focusing on the administrative and hospitality aspects of the office. This role is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of the office and provides hands-on day-to-day support.Responsibilities: Assist in the administrative tasks, including front desk duties. Manage the setup, tear down, and cleaning of catered meals. Maintain the coffee areas, dishwashers, and setup afternoon snacks. Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing. Collaborate with the Location Services Manager or Supervisor to maintain a safe, well-kept, and clean office. Interact with building management, vendors, internal clients, and external clients. Ensure the office equipment and supplies including furniture, phones, security cards, and supplies are well-maintained. Contribute to the firm culture by participating in internal and client-facing activities. Utilize intermediate Microsoft Office skills to manage tasks and projects. Display a helpful Customer Service mindset, maintain professionalism, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Requirements Proficient in Customer Service skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues promptly. Experience with About Time software, ensuring accurate tracking of work hours and project progress. Knowledge of Security protocols to maintain the safety and integrity of the premises. Ability to manage Vendors efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Exceptional Time Management skills, enabling the prioritization of tasks and meeting deadlines. Capability to Execute tasks effectively, demonstrating a high level of organizational skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites, using tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint for daily tasks. Proficient in Prooing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in written communication. Experience with Scale Out operations, demonstrating ability to handle increasing workloads effectively. Must be Punctual, demonstrating commitment and professionalism. Knowledge of Snacks and refreshments management, ensuring availability for staff and visitors. Familiarity with Mindset Software, for effective workflow management. Ability to handle Tear and wear issues, demonstrating problem-solving skills. Experience in Dishwashing, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area. Knowledge of QA Management, ensuring quality standards are met consistently. Experience in Support services, demonstrating the ability to assist colleagues and clients effectively.
