RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is looking for a Technical Business Analyst/Product Owner. This is a fully remote position on a long-term multi-year project. They are looking for someone with great written and verbal communication and can be articulate. The Technical Business Analyst/Product Owner will be writing a large amount of user stories and acceptance criteria. They will need to understand technical concepts like databases or API's but don't need hands on experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
7 years of recent Business Analysis/PO experience
Promotes accepted business analysis practices and organizational standards
Skilled in backlog management using Aha!, Jira, VersionOne, Rally, etc.
Strong understanding and ability to communicate agile principles
Has led story mapping exercises to define high level requirements
Has participated in and understands the purpose of Agile Scrum ceremonies
Has performed in the role of Scrum Product Owner and partnered with a Scrum Master
Ability to adapt to less-than-perfect 'AgileFall' teams while gently influencing them towards the agile framework
Product Owner certification is good, but actual PO experience is better
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Succinctly communicate ideas to leadership and other senior stakeholders
Ability to negotiate with experienced stakeholders with strong opinions
Diplomatically navigate differing opinions
Ability to lead and facilitate requirements elicitation sessions
Strong process modeling skills
Fluent use of Visio, LucidChart or similar
Ability to produce complex process flows
Certification (CBAP or equivalent) is a plus
