Sushi Pop Oviedo is now hiring a full time experienced line cook. Everything on our menu is house made and we source from many local farms. Although we are a sushi restaurant, more than half the menu is relied upon the kitchen. Cooks will also have the opportunity to cross train on the sushi line. If you are well versed in scratch cooking, enjoy food creativity and possess strong work ethics, please consider applying with us. Applicants should possess the following:
3-5 Years Experience
Must be proficient in Garde Manger and Saute
Strong organizational skill set required to work a large station and lead
Food knowledge ready to work in a modern kitchen
