THIS IS A FOOD SERVICE, DRIVING-BASED POSITION THAT WILL WORK WITH THE SCHOOL BOARD STAFF TO ENSURE ALL THE CHILDREN ARE FED ON TIME AND IN A HYGIENIC SETTING. THIS POSITION WILL PREPARE, PACK, SERVE AND PICKUP MEALS FROM SCHOOLS WITHOUT A KITCHEN AND DELIVER TO OTHER LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT SEMINOLE COUNTY.
Job Requirements
Examples of Essential Functions:
Assist with preparing, packaging, and possibly serving students meals throughout your shift
Deliver and pick up all courier meals or packages within the School District.
Other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Reliable transportation.
MUST have a valid Drivers License that will be checked yearly.
Ability to lift to 50 pounds frequently and throughout the entire shift.
Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
Ability to work in loud environments.
MUST be able to pass a Level 2 background check through fingerprinting as well as a drug screen.
Courier experience is a PLUS
MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
Schedule:
Monday Friday unless schools are closed for holidays.
NO WEEKENDS! NO EVENINGS!
