Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Jamaican dishes according to our recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Assist with inventory control and food ordering
Work effectively as part of a team
Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Knowledge of Jamaican cuisine and cooking techniques
Strong knife skills and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
