Actively seeking a talented individual who shares our passion for excellent food and hospitality. The selected individual will have an excellent opportunity to gain deep knowledge of and experience with Italian cuisine from our scratch kitchen.
Responsibilities include:
Execute daily culinary production - prep and production of menu items assigned, maintain consistent food quality and presentation, inspect quality and freshness of food items, and plate as required.
Maintain clean and organized kitchen at all times, as part of maintaining proper and safe work environment and complying with all health and safety regulations
Must be reliable with own transportation - punctuality is a must!
Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a full service restaurant
Includes other responsibilities as needed.
