We are seeking a reliable construction worker. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting general contractor by following all site health and safety regulations. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
General Labor Duties and Responsibilities
residential and commercial framing
Drywall repair
Bathroom Remodel
Concrete work
Block work
Painting
Kitchen Remodel
Demo
Follow project instructions from construction manager or supervisor
Use construction, maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks
Safely operate a variety of tools
Clean and clear debris
Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site
Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly
General Labor Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma/GED preferred
Full understanding of construction principles and procedures
Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift to 40 pounds
Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
English and Spanish fluency a plus, not require
Transportation to work
Flexible schedule
Must be able to work outside in heat / cold / all weather conditions
