We are currently seeking a General Laborer experienced in pool construction to join our team! We offer great pay, 40-55 hours weekly. Available to work weekends when required. As well as great benefits which include health insurance and paid vacation. We are an equal opportunity employer.
Responsibility:
manual tasks to assist with swimming pool installation, including site preparation like digging and debris removal, loading and unloading materials, operating basic tools, mixing and pouring concrete, and cleaning the worksite to ensure a safe and organized environment for skilled workers. This role is physically demanding, requires following instructions from supervisors, and plays a vital role in the overall construction process from beginning to end.
Ability to handle physical workload in an outdoor setting.
Must be able to handle diverse work environment.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
