Must have 3-5 years of experience for commercial jobs with good driver's license. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Must be able to operate all commercial equipment and train your crew. Need to have great communication skills by showing respect to fellow employees and customers. Must be able to evaluate jobs and make sure the detail is complete and jobs are cleaned up.
