Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The installer will work on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial windows, aluminum storefronts, and glass systems. Job sites vary by project, so a willingness to travel locally is required.

Key Responsibilities
Safely and accurately install commercial windows, glass panels, and aluminum storefront systems according to specifications and blueprints.
Measure, cut, and fit materials; seal and secure components for weather-tight installation.
Operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, grinders, and glass-handling equipment.
Load, transport, and unload materials at job sites.
Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
Communicate with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
Inspect completed work to ensure proper fit, finish, and structural integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Construction & Installation Skills:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
Experience with measuring, cutting, and fitting glass, aluminum frames, and sealants.
Knowledge of window and storefront system components and installation techniques.
Tool & Equipment Proficiency:
Skilled in the safe operation of hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and grinders.
Familiarity with glass-handling equipment and lifting devices.
Physical & Safety Requirements:
Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding) and lifting materials up to 75 lbs.
Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and OSHA regulations.
Professional Attributes:
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Reliable transportation to travel to varying job sites.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
Prior experience with curtain wall or commercial glazing systems.
Knowledge of weatherproofing and sealing techniques for high-performance storefronts.
Ability to lead or mentor less experienced installers.
Basic welding or metal fabrication experience.
