Orlando property management company is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position requires proficiency in apartment unit turns and work orders involving carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing and HVAC work.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct electrical, plumbing, drywall and all other necessary repairs required in the apartment complex.
Ability to conduct the necessary work in grounds and curb appeal upkeep.
HVAC maintenance and repairs (EPA Certification preferred).
Compliance with fair housing laws and OSHA statutes.
Compliance with our safety at work policy.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access areas that may restrict movement.
Ability to use an online work order system to receive and close out work orders electronically.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in carpentry, drywall, electrical, and plumbing work.
HVAC certification is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
$21 per hour.
