Arias & Mart LLC, an Orlando immigration law firm seeks a full-time, bilingual (Spanish-English) paralegal to join our team. Our focus is primarily on removal defense and related legal matters.
The paralegal responsibilities include preparation and filing of applications and documents with the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), Board of Immigration Appeals and US Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS); communicate with clients to obtain information; provide status updates and answer questions; work with attorneys and clients to gather facts, evidence and other documentation to support applications for relief before EOIR/USCIS; prepare pleadings and assemble applications for relief; manage caseload to ensure filing deadlines are met; maintain appropriate records and keep clients informed of case status.
Compensation negotiable according to experience.
