Brand Ambassador Regional Manager wanted to manage Brand Ambassador Staff throughout Florida from Orlando.
Must have a vehicle that can accommodate hauling booth equipment such as an SUV, Minivan, car with a hatch-back or a truck.
Eventually, a provided company vehicle is negotiable for the right candidate.
Must have the ability to lift 20 lbs.
Must have the ability to erect a 10' x 10' Canopy Tent.
This position includes working indoor events as well as outdoor events.
MUST HAVE WEEKEND AND FRIDAY AVAILABILITY. EVENTS WORKED ARE ON WEEKENDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. SOME TRAVEL REQUIRED. EVENTS ARE THROUGHOUT FLORIDA. WE HAVE OFFICES IN ORLANDO, JACKSONVILLE AND TAMPA AND CONTINUING TO GROW IN THAT REGION.
Our event marketing department provides the events to attend. As a manager, with corporate support, your focus will be on recruitment and training of Brand Ambassadors that will attend events for the purposes of lead-generation.
We are a home-improvement company that gives free inspections/free estimates at the customer's home.
At events, our Brand Ambassadors simply engage with the prospect, generate interest in the product and sign them up for a free estimate. That's it. No selling or transactions at the events.
We pay very well and the events are fun to work.
Being an active person with an outgoing personality is a huge plus for this position.
Although there are no transactions or selling at the events, being persuasive is key so a candidate with sales experience is also a plus for this position.
Your rep's BRAND AMBASSADOR PAY (the reps you manage): Handsome hourly pay, mileage and travel expenses are paid plus bonuses.
REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER PAY: Handsome hourly pay, mileage and travel paid, bonuses paid for personal production as well as bonuses for your rep's production.
Payday is every Friday by Direct Deposit.
