Manage daily administrative tasks, emails, phone calls, and correspondence in both English and Spanish
Enter and track payroll data accurately and on time
Create and maintain spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel for project and financial tracking
Use QuickBooks for invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping
Assist with scheduling, coordinating work, and communicating with field teams and clients
Support management with reports, job documentation, and project organization
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Bilingual – English and Spanish required (reading, writing, and speaking)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
