Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)

Position Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing campaigns and daily activities. This is a hybrid position, allowing you the flexibility to work from home and our office. Training will initially take place in the office to ensure hands-on experience and a thorough understanding of our processes, after which you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent organizational skills, phone skills, strong communication abilities, and a knack for multitasking along with some quality control background.

Hours:

- Monday to Thursday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

- Friday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

- Every other Saturday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Payroll Calculation and Coordination: Accurately calculate and manage payroll, ensuring timely and correct payments.

- Report Creation and Upkeep: Generate, update, and maintain various reports related to business performance and activities.

- Managing Schedules: Organize and coordinate schedules for team members, and appointments.

- Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments.

- Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.

- Phone Skills: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and effectively.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure that calls meet company standards.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a marketing or related industry.

- Proficiency with office software (Google Workspace, CRM’s).

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Flexibility to work the required hours and occasional Saturdays.
