We are a water, mold and fire restoration company, and are willing to train the right person; however, a background in insurance claims/restoration industry is a BIG PLUS.
Candidate will perform general customer service duties, handling claims, billing, and general office duties in a fast-paced office environment.
Duties, among others:
Deal with homeowners insurance companies and adjusters.
Submit claims information/documents to insurance companies.
Send follow up emails, make follow up phone calls.
Follow up with customers & open claims to check for updates.
General office work including answering phones, email, filing, scheduling, faxing, copying, scanning, etc.
Update customer and claim files.
Assist upper management with various business-related tasks.
Report daily successes and challenges to Supervisor.
MUST HAVE:
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Multitask oriented and organized.
Computer savvy and Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS.
Must be on time 8:30am -5:00pm (Monday - Friday).
Must be Energetic and team oriented however must also have self-initiative
Able to work under pressure.
Full time weekdays - Office hours 8:30am to 5pm.
Must be available to Start right away.
Drug and background test paid by company.
Hourly starting at $20 per hour depending on experience.
Bonuses and Benefits after probation period, depending on experience.
MUST HAVE 5-years office experience.
PLUS if experienced in accounts receivable, billing, and/or commercial collections work.
