Job Overview
As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team by assisting with various marketing activities and initiatives.
Duties
- Coordinate marketing events across various channels
- Assisting with On-boarding new vendor agreements and employees
- Help establish and maintain relationships with vendors and partners
- Support the overall Marketing team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
-High school or equivalent (Required)
-Work authorization (Required)
-Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
-Computer literacy required in Microsoft Word,
-Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
-Customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
-Strong time-management skills to meet set deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
- Prior experience in a marketing role is advantageous
-Bilingual - Spanish / English (Preferred)
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
