Responsibilities
Answer phones, emails and correspondences
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Data entry
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Post social media ads across marketing platform
Qualifications
2+ Year Experience in Office
Ability to type 40+ wpm accurately and proficiently
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Available Monday - Thursday 10 AM - 6 PM, Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
