Responsibilities
- Answer phones, emails and correspondences
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Data entry
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Post social media ads across marketing platform
Qualifications
- 2+ Year Experience in Office
- Ability to type 40+ wpm accurately and proficiently
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Available Monday - Thursday 10 AM - 6 PM, Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Professional Appearance
