Position Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager who isn’t afraid to learn. This role is all about keeping projects organized, coordinating with sales and service crews, and making sure trucks are delivered on time and ready to work.
You’ll work closely with mechanics, fabricators, sales reps, and customers to keep jobs moving forward — from the time an order comes in until the truck rolls out the door.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day progress on equipment builds, service jobs, and customer deliveries.
Coordinate between the shop, sales, parts, and fabrication teams to make sure everyone’s on the same page.
Keep track of project timelines, budgets, and materials.
Stay in touch with customers to update them on status, approvals, or changes.
Spot issues before they turn into delays and help solve problems on the floor.
Make sure work meets company quality and safety standards.
Pitch in where needed to keep things moving — whether it’s helping schedule service work or checking in on a build in the shop.
What We’re Looking For:
Solid experience working with trucks, heavy equipment, or in an industrial setting.
2+ years of project coordination or management experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills — you can work with both customers and shop crews.
Good with basic computer skills (Excel, scheduling software, email, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
A team player who can keep things organized and stay cool under pressure.
