We are in the process of opening first out of multiple stores and we need help with various tasks.
Type of position: This is a 100% remote position
Pay: The starting rate is 11 dollars per hour for the first eight weeks. Bonus may apply.
Hours work: Flexible
Some of the tasks will include:
internet research
price comparison
searching for distributors
occasion in-person/Skype meetings to talk about upcoming tasks
assisting in making purchases
assisting in pre-qualifying the right candidates for other positions
assisting with keeping track of spending in an Excel spreadsheet
The right candidate will have an option of other employment opportunities with better pay after an eight-week trial. This position offers a huge opportunity for growth within our organization. As a personal assistant, you will be initially responsible for assisting with handling and assisting with the functions mentioned above.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
Highly responsible and dependable is MUST
Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills
Being comfortable occasionally making phone calls
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
