Excellent starting pay at $15-$21/hour, based on experience and scheduling ability.

We are a growing rental company with long term stability and growth. Are you tired of working solely on commission only to have the deal fall through? Are you frustrated with hours being cut? We have the solution with reliable, steady hours to work every week.
Daily tasks include:
Posting and listing homes for rent.
Taking incoming calls from prospective tenants and answering questions.
Making outgoing calls to potential tenants and leads
Optimizing revenue across various real estate portfolios, including short term rental, long term rental and property sales.
Writing up approval and lease agreements.
Managing a portfolio of single family and multi-family rentals
Managing field crews on a day-to-day basis.
Evaluating financial spreadsheet and data.
Providing updates to supervisors with recommendations based on maximizing revenue and lowering costs.
Working with insurance companies, legal teams and accountants to ensure they have up to date information for business needs.
Primarily office-based setting, but will require some work in the field in locations around Florida.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
Real estate license is a plus, but not required.
Foreign language skills a plus, but not required.
