We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Night Shift Manager to oversee night shift operations, including loading, receiving, and managing night shift employees. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, safe, and timely warehouse operations while maintaining high team morale.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all night shift warehouse staff
Oversee loading and receiving operations
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
Coordinate with day shift management for smooth handovers
Maintain accurate shift records and reports
Qualifications
Previous 2 years experience in warehouse management or night shift supervision
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Prepare and manage shift reports using Microsoft Word and Excel
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
