We are a pool repair business known for excellent customer service and an outstanding track record.
Now, we’re looking for a Business Relationship Representative to help us strengthen relationships with our partners, support our customers, and drive growth.

Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday (Fridays off!) – 4x10 schedule
What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to contact for customer inquiries and ensure their satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners
- Visit partners regularly and attend networking events to grow our connections
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Log all partner activities and visits in Salesforce/CRM for clear team communication
- Provide timely reports to management
- Research and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Share feedback on how we can improve our customer and partner experience
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a client-facing role
- Outgoing personality – enjoys meeting new people
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and stay cool under pressure
- Pool knowledge desired but will train the right individual
- VALID AND CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE IS A MUST
