Inside Sales Representative

With our Inside phone sales position you will be responsible for following up on leads who engage with Debt Collectors International’s services and convert them into clients. Duties will include reaching out to current and potential clients to increase engagement, calling cold/warm/hot leads, qualifying, and closing business. To be successful in this role, you need to understand the sales process, demonstrate superb interpersonal skills, and thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Sales Representative Objectives:

Make 150-250 outbound calls daily to generate and close leads.

Assist towards achieving monthly revenue goals by closing sales and setting appointments.

Focus on promoting Debt Collectors International’s services and solutions.

Manage a pipeline of prospects using the company CRM, performing daily reviews of leads and lead sources.

Accurately provide information regarding Debt Collectors International’s business model and value proposition.

Ask qualifying questions to determine the client's industry, revenue, and specific needs.

Document conversations in the CRM clearly and concisely for reference by fellow sales associates.

Utilize role-play opportunities to gain confidence in the sales process.

Communicate Debt Collectors International’s value proposition to all potential clients and current clients.

Sales Representative Competencies:

Strong ability to discuss common occurrences in debt collection with business owners.

Understand and follow sales scripts for Debt Collectors International’s services and solutions.

Ability to meet or exceed sales quotas of 25 new business accounts weekly.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and accurate note-taking on client interactions.

Ability to explain Debt Collectors International’s services and value proposition clearly to clients.

Comfortable with consistent follow-up and creative outreach strategies (e.g., video messages, letters, etc.).

Thorough understanding of sales skills and mastery of Debt Collectors International’s services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
