Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Representative to join our sales team. As a Territory Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients within your assigned territory AND more importantly, adding new accounts. Your main goal will be to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets. This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Sales Representative. The Territory Sales Representative is expected to be 100% on the road servicing our current clients and responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and nurturing those relationships. The Territory Sales Representative will also be responsible for conducting sales presentations, product knowledge (PK) meetings, creating bids, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, marketing or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
Ability to analyze data and develop sales strategies
Ability to work independently and remotely - self-motivated with a strong drive for results
Experience in the flooring, construction, architecture, or interior design industry is a plus. Serious consideration will be given to candidates with an existing book of business or contacts in a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory
