REQUIREMENTS:
-High School Diploma or GED
-3+ Years Experience Previous Sales Experience
-Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
-Ability to work well within a team and contribute to collective goals
PREFERRED SKILLS:
-Strong ability to sell vacation packages and promotions effectively.
-Familiarity with popular vacation destinations and travel trends.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to negotiate deals and close sales.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
-Basic understanding of computers and the internet
The position includes taking over calls from representatives and using your knowledge of available vacations, add-ons, and pricing structures to create a custom vacation package for the customer, as well as secure their payment information while on the call. Must be comfortable reading scripted rebuttals and sales pitches over the phone.
