- Mass Excavation / Earthmoving
- Coordination of Large Crew & Fleet of Equipment
- SWPPP / Environmental Compliance
- Safety Oriented
- GPS (TopCon) Experience / Proficiency
- Various Dewatering techniques
- Weekly / Monthly Planning and Forecasting
- Efficient / Productive Coordination of Excavation techniques
- Daily Equipment inspection / upkeep
- Use AGTEK Technology to plan smart / efficient CUTS / FILLS
- Daily / Weekly Production monitoring / reporting
- TEAM oriented
