Lignum Space Innovations is hiring a reliable General Maintenance Tech to help them support property managers with repairs and turnovers. This position starts as an Independent Contractor (1099) and will transition into a W-2 employee role after 3 months.
Work Includes:
Repairs & turnovers for rental properties
Basic electrical (swaps only - outlets, fixtures, switches)
Plumbing (toilets, faucets, leaks)
Carpentry (adjusting doors)
Drywall & Painting
General repairs (locks, fixtures, hardware)
Requirements:
3+ years maintenance experience
Own basic tools
Have reliable transportation (truck/van preferred)
Driver’s license & liability insurance
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple work orders
