Commercial Maintenance Engineer – HVAC/R, Plumbing, Electrical & General Labor
We’re a growing, family-owned service company looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team. We specialize in servicing restaurants, hospitality, residential and commercial clients with a wide range of needs including refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
Commercial HVAC/R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration)
Plumbing repair and installation
Electrical troubleshooting and repair
General facility maintenance and labor
Ability to diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
A dependable team player with a strong work ethic.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. (We do offer work vehicle)
What You’ll Do:
Service, repair, and install commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
Handle plumbing and electrical service calls.
Assist with general facility maintenance tasks as needed.
Provide excellent service to our commercial clients, keeping communication clear and professional.
Compensation & Details:
Pay based on experience and skill set. (Ranges:$20-55hr)
Steady, year-round work with opportunities for growth (Part/Full time or contractors welcome).
Part of a close-knit team that values hard work and reliability.
Preferred:
Previous experience with Vulcan, Southbend, Blodgett, or other major restaurant equipment brands.
HVAC experience a plus but not required.
