HVAC Contractor – Commercial & Residential Installs (Refrigeration Experience a Plus!)
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Tech to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who knows their way around all types of HVAC installs and repairs, both commercial and residential. Refrigeration experience is a big plus, but not required.
What We’re Offering:
Pay per job basis: $500 – $2,500 per install, depending on scope.

Experienced HVAC contractor with strong background in installs and service repairs.
Ability to handle commercial and residential jobs.
Must be dependable, professional, and self-motivated.
Own truck and tools strongly preferred.
Refrigeration experience is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
Install and service HVAC systems (commercial & residential).
Handle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance calls.
Complete installs efficiently and professionally while maintaining quality workmanship.
