Hello, we are looking for a handyman-painter that can do small jobs for a decent price.
We sell kitchens and bathrooms and need the right person to do demo, paint, texture, and drywall patches and other small jobs.
We can use a Flooring, Trim work, drywall hanging and finishing from start to finish. We just need to know how you charge to do certain work. Daily, Hourly, Per SF, we also would appreciate that you are organized to offer good pricing.
On occasion we will get larger jobs. Mostly, removing soffits in kitchens, then we do bathrooms, with new baseboards and trim, and moldings and paint to finish.
Must be affordable, have paperwork as a painting company, that invoices like a business.
We are not interested in Hit and Run people that act like contractors, this is a long term venture, you will need to be ready for work in Orange, Seminole and Volusia counties. On occasion Lake county.
If you live in Osceola county, this is too far, there is not enough money to drive an hour.
We primarily work in Winter Park to New Smyrna. Seminole and Volusia counties.
All personnel must be presentable to homeowners, we have to look clean and work clean.
Naturally, it is difficult in your trade, but we are looking for mud mechanics with experience, that we can place into a a home where people live.
