We are looking for a skilled carpenter , construction worker to work in Marion county and souronding area. Must have experience with commercial and residential construction . In addition to but not limited to installs trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, and windows to provide the final aesthetic and functional details for buildings.

Use construction, maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks
Safely operate a variety of tools
Clean and clear debris
Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site
Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly
Key responsibilities include reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials with precision, installing various wood elements, and ensuring all finishes are neat and perfectly aligned. This role requires strong hand skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with other construction professionals
