Must have the knowledge and experience in Remodeling, Framing, Tiling, Plumbing, Electrical, and Painting.
Examples:
Bathroom and Kitchen Remodels
Framing and Carpentry
Tile Installation (floors, walls, backsplashes)
Minor Plumbing and Electrical Work
Interior Painting and Finishing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation to and from work
Details:
Starting pay: $150.00 per day
after 90 days pay moves to $200 a day
Work hours: 8-10 hours per day
Includes a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks
