We are looking for a skilled worker for a fast growing commercial maintenance and home remodeling company. We need someone who has skills in general electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Carpentry, Flooring, Floor tile, shower installation, backsplash, door install, some concrete and commercial maintenance repairs.
We are looking for someone with a MINIMUM OF 15 years of experience.
No smoking on job site. No drugs or drinking. MUST HAVE OWN reliable transportation (no drop off/pick up, no ride shares, buses, bicycles) and clean cut.
Self sufficient and professional is a must
We have all tools to do all jobs. We ONLY do quality work no exceptions We have work that also exceeds 40 hours a week if wanted.

WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO HIRE SOMEONE WHO CURRENTLY IS RUNNING THEIR OWN COMPANY WE ARE NOT SUBCONTRACTING JOBS
Depending on your PROVEN skill level pay is $25-$27 an hour to start. We have no problem increasing pay as time progresses and your work proves itself.
