Pensacola Beach Hotel needs a Chief to manage all aspects of maintenance staff on a daily basis. Directs, coordinates and performs routine preventive and emergency maintenance and repairs. Directs the Engineering staff, accounting/budgeting knowledge, asset protection & security, inventory control and human resources.
We are looking for someone with experience leading a team. Previous hotel experience is a plus but not necessary. You need to have:
Basic carpentry, HVAC, landscaping knowledge
Positive attitude
Good communication skills
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
Strong leadership skills
Excellent grooming standards
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work on their own
Previous experience of facilities management
Proficient with computers and relevant computer programs
