Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic, results-driven salespeople to join our growing team. As an experienced Sales Representative, you will be responsible for helping families secure the protection they need through tailored life insurance policies that fit their budgets and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct in-person or consultations to understand client needs and offer the best Final Expense product on the matket.
- Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on the benefits of final expense insurance.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Utilize company resources, tools, and training to optimize your sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
