Newco Construction performs Open Store Remodel Construction, Special Projects, and Tenant Build-out projects for Walmart, Sam’s Club, Publix, CVS, Family Dollar, Diana Health, Fat Tuesday, Grocery Outfitters, Belk and many others.
Requirements:
Prior Walmart Remodel Experience beneficial (Remodels, Expansions & Special Projects)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management software/tools
Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
Strong Leadership and team management skills
Quality assurance and control
Organizational skills
Able to multi-task and schedule subcontractors/vendors
Regulatory compliance and safety standards
Communication and client relationship management
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
