Our Grounds Person will be responsible for keeping the facilities and grounds of the company clean and safe. The primary duties include cleaning dirt and debris, removing trash, and carrying out ground maintenance.As a Grounds Person, you will: Operate a pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily workEmpty all trash cans at pools, three-story buildings, and team member parking lots as neededDispose of grease and cooking oil in the proper containersPick up trash from curbs on the property and surrounding areasSweep curbs and sidewalksClean grounds and remove litterEmpty trash cans in the public area buildingsEmpty dumpstersOperate a trash compactorEmpty recycle binsBreak down cardboard items and place them in the appropriate containersLeave the work area clean, neat, and safeTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
