As a Grounds Supervisor, you will:Operate a pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily workEmpty all trash cans at pools, three-story buildings, and the team member parking lot as neededPick up trash from curbs on the property and surrounding areas to the highwaySweep curbs and sidewalksClean grounds and remove litterEmpty trash cans in the public area buildingsEmpty dumpsters and operate the trash compactorEmpty recycle bins and break down cardboard items, placing them in appropriate containersOperate all types of lawn equipment such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, chainsaws, etcOperate various types of equipment as needed, including frontend loaders, lulls, high reach equipment, trucks, etcPerform tree trimmingAnswer questions and create a memorable and educational experience for guestsTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
