We are currently looking for a Assistant Warehouse Manager for our warehouse in Sarasota. The Furniture Warehouse is a multi retail furniture chain with a 120,000 sq. ft. warehouse, and State of the art radio frequency bar coded warehouse. We have 6 showrooms located along Florida's Gulf Coast.
Must have 5-7 years management experience in a warehouse facility. The position involves management of 50 warehouse employees. We operate 7 days a week, so flexibility with weekend coverage is necessary. Must have good organizational and communication skills. Must have good inventory/accounting skills with accuracy, and good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Training in lift certifications helpful. Must be able to move and lift heavy objects (up tp 100 lbs)
