Sarasota, FL based production facility is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to work on-site. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing quality customer support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire order process; delivering an exceptional customer experience. Duties may include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and handling billing issues. Qualifications
Strong customer service skills, including ability to provide courteous and satisfactory assistance to customers.
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high-volume of customer interactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with multiple departments.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Some college coursework or degree is preferred.
