Cafe Gabbiano is a fine dining restaurant on Siesta Key in Sarasota Florida. We have been in operation since 2003. New owership and rebranding to local fresh ingredients in 2012. Cafe Gabbiano is a great place to work ! We are looking for an eager go getter looking to take on our Pantry/Prep Cook. Compensation is competitive Proper documentation is a must. Duties Include
Helping with pre-service food prep.
Auditing & putting away incoming deliveries.
Learning sautée and fry stations.
Learning Pantry station.
Will float between pantry and line as needed and support the kitchen operations.
Skills Desired
Safe food handling knowledge.
Basic knife skills.
Desire to contribute in a positive way in the kitchen.
A can do anything attitude.
