Be able to hang lights, ceiling fans, and switches
Be able to plumb in a sink and install a faucet.
Must have basic carpentry skills for installing baseballs, cabinet installation. Drywall painting floor installation and other Home Maintenance a plus
The job will be a mix of assisting other experienced remodelers and working solo on some projects The position is as an independent contractor. Part time or full time applicants can apply. Hours somewhat flexible. Come use your creative side with a Real Estate Investor with a 30 year track record of continous business success.
