Handyman Contractor wanted. Small Sarasota condo association would like to contract with a licensed and insured individual to provide maintenance services for 20 hours per week (4 hours per day 5 days per week). This schedule would allow contractor flexibility to contract with others on the off hours, including association owners.
Association provides some tools along with a gas powered maintenance cart.
