We are currently looking for a professional Groundskeeper to work at a 15k square foot residence with lots of property on Siesta Key. The right person will be able to lift 50+ pounds without assistance, work outside in the Florida heat, and posses a professional appearance.
This person will be in charge of:
- Watering the potted plants
- Cleaning the pool
- Blowing off the areas around the house
- Tending to the water fountain and koi pond, and then indoors
- Filling up the waters in the kitchen
- Helping with dishes
- Changing light bulbs
- Steam clean the floors
- Helping with any heavy lifting
- Any other task needed around the residence
Requirements:
- Must be available from 8 AM-1:00 PM
- Must be able to pass a National Background Check & drug test
- Must be willing to drive to Siesta Key
