Condominium association is seeking a "year round part time” contractor to perform handyman tasks such as touchup painting, gutter & down spout repair, clubhouse & pool area cleanup, power washing walks, inspection and cleanup of grounds & carports, and minor landscaping.
Association provides a gas operated maintenance cart and some tools.
Looking for a individual (possibly retired) with handyman skills, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Contractor license is required as is insurance.
Work schedule most likely to be 4 hours/day 5 days per week with some flexibility. Schedule and Hourly Compensation to be negoitated based on needs and experiennce.
